Break from your routine…

Sometimes a break from your routine is the only thing you need.

When you are struggling with emotional issues your life can begin to feel out of control.  It is a time when you can loose focus of what is important.

When your life begins to feel out of control, take a minute for yourself, change up your routine.  If you usually take a hurried shower, allow yourself a long hot bubble bath.  If you usually eat your lunch at your desk, go an sit outside to eat your lunch.

Taking a break from your routine doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of money; sometime it is as simple as changing the route you drive home.
