Estate/Probate Law: We have experience in preparing probate inventories and if necessary the tracing of cash and credit card accounts to determine if the funds were properly used for the intended individual.
White Collar Crimes: We have experience in tracing the unauthorized use of credit cards and Investment (Ponzi) Schemes. The unauthorized use of credit card entails tracing the charges made on credit cards, usually starting with the credit card statements through obtaining copies of the actual receipt or delivery information. Tracing Investment (Ponzi) Schemes starts with the Investors initial investment and following where it is deposited and then how it is disbursed. When tracing an Investment Scheme you are usually dealing with a number of different depositor accounts and monies flowing in between the accounts and ultimately being spent on personal items. We attempt to identify all purchases, determine what was purchased and if the item can be accurately identified. If the item has been accurately identified and located it usually can be retrieved.
Bookkeeping/Accounting: Our experience began in the area of bookkeeping and accounting for small businesses and even today we maintain the accounting records for different clients. Our experience ranges from sole proprietors who are in sales to small corporations in the manufacturing industry to LLCs and LLPs including small sized law firms.
Administration Services: Drafting inventories, petitions, motions, the production of case exhibits, graphs and spreadsheets, to name a few.
